Medium Stripe Scraper
Create a medium striped pattern in your buttercream cake, or use the straight edge for a flawless, smooth finish.

Apply the buttercream/frosting/ganache with a spatula or piping bag, smooth with the straight edge and then use the other side to create perfect thin stripes.
Refrigerate or freeze the cake until partially solid, fill the stripes with another coloured buttercream of your choice and then use the smooth edge to scrape away the excess until stripes emerge.

Scraper measures at 9" tall and 3.15" wide
Stainless steel can be heated to create a smoother finish. Heating scraper after the stripes have been filled in may cause blending of the colours.
Due to the nature of the metal, scraper may already have some naturally occurring discolouration/scratching. We recommend washing before use.
Dishwasher safe, however this may cause fading
