Fundraising to give Kirsty more tomorrows 💓
Kirsty is an amazing local mum of 3 who found out she had breast cancer during her third pregnancy at 25 weeks pregnant. She went through chemo whilst carrying her baby girl Phoenix and safely delivered her at 36 weeks. Kirsty’s cancer has progressed and she is now living with secondary breast cancer. It has spread to her bones, and there is now a new tumour in her supraclavicular lymph node.
Her cancer has also mutated, changing to HER2-positive, a more aggressive form that requires new treatment that isn’t available on the NHS. Her wonderful friends and family are fundraising to raise money for a PET scan to understand the full spread, a brain scan to rule out further progression and advanced testing to unlock the best treatment options
