RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days for any reason if they meet all the criteria below.
1. You must have proof of purchase
2. Item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
3. Item is in the original packaging.
4. Item is not a perishable food or edible item.
If you wish to return an item, please email factory@finchbakery.com.
You will be provided a reference to be included in your return.
Return your item to Unit 13-15 Richmond Street Ind. Est, Accrington, BB50RJ.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the order, please contact us via factory@finchbakery.com, including your order number and as much information about the problem as possible, including photographs.
Please note, if your baked goods have arrived out of date for any of the reasons discussed in our REFUND POLICY your order may be ineligible for refund.
You the consumer are responsible for return costs, which can be reimbursed on successful return of the product and acceptance of fault. Return is required by our wastage policy.
Successful refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method, and may take up to 7 working days to arrive, depending on your payment method.
