Refunds

Refund Policy

1.       Customers are not entitled to a refund or replacement for perishable orders that are late but within their advertised shelf life (NB. This is typically 7 days for most Treat Box and Brownie and Blondie items).  Whilst we ship using a next day service, this is not a guaranteed service.  We can only ever guarantee that your order will arrive within its advertised shelf life in good order.

2.       Refunds for products arriving out of date or not in a satisfactory condition are not granted if the customer selected to delay delivery, did not collect the parcel from a pick up point in time, changed the delivery address with the courier company, selected a different delivery with the courier company, or missed the first delivery attempt by the courier.

3.       Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer are not eligible for a refund due to failed deliveries or lateness.  Examples include but are not limited to missing house numbers, incorrect postcodes and missing town names.
