IMPORTANT: Please check your address before placing your order. If there any issues with your delivery address, this must be sent to factory@finchbakery.com before our dispatch time at 11:30am. Any requests sent after this may not be possible to change. If a change of address is possible through DPD, there will be a delay in delivery and it will include an additional postage fee of £4.75.
As per our Refund Terms & Conditions, if you do not let us know of any issues with your delivery address then any orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer are not eligible for a refund due to failed deliveries or lateness. Examples include but are not limited to missing house numbers, incorrect postcodes and missing town names.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and during other advertised closures.
Orders placed before 11.30am are dispatched same working day using DPD Next Day service. We do not dispatch Saturday or Sundays, or bank holidays. We may use other couriers from time to time.
Orders dispatched Monday to Thursday should be delivered next day, however this is not guaranteed.
Orders dispatched on Fridays may arrive on Saturday, Sunday or Monday depending on your local delivery office, but most will arrive on Saturday.

We can NEVER guarantee a delivery day. Please be aware that parcels that take several days to arrive, and refunds and replacements will only be available when a parcel is delayed by more than the best before on the product. Please see the refund policy for full details of when you're eligible for a refund or a replacement.
Finch Bakery products have a shelf life of 7 or more days, and late delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Please see our REFUND POLICY for full details.
